Electronic Communications
Our firm works constantly to improve communications with our clients. The Firms’ attorneys and staff are equipped with an array of electronic communication tools. We have installed a Microsoft Exchange 2000 e-mail server. The mail server provides Firm wide e-mail system accessible locally and remotely over a secured Virtual Private Network (VPN) platform. Each desktop is equipped with a direct desktop to fax capability. Attorneys and staff are provided voice mail accessible both locally and remotely.
Task Based Billing
Our billing platform supports a variety of non traditional billing methodologies. Currently, we provide task based billing using the ABA/ACCA Uniform Task based Management Litigation code set. Our first class financial management system also allows us to support client-specified code set.
Automated Document Management
The Firm has deployed an enterprise level networked image platform. All documents are scanned and stored on an image platform. The platform allows instantaneous access to imaged pages using a variety of structured query search parameters.
Litigation Management
The firm has deployed Summation iBlaze as its litigation platform. iBlaze allows us to effectively manage case information such as transcripts and documents with the benefits of full-text imaging/PDF support, OCR on-the-fly, electronic evidence support and comprehensive production tools.
Electronic Evidence Presentation
The firm utilizes imaging systems and other evidence presentation systems at trials. Bar coded enabled publication of pertinent documents to jury via oversized monitors, video and animation of underlying factual information for trial use.
